คำเชื่อมเชิงตรรกะ (Logical connectors) หรือที่เรียกกันว่า “linking words” หรือ “connectors” มีหน้าที่ในการ สร้างความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างแนวคิด และสร้าง ความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหา ทั้งในงานเขียนและการพูด คู่มือนี้จะนำเสนอ ประเภทของคำเชื่อมหลักๆ โดยแบ่งตามหน้าที่ในการสื่อสาร

1. คำเชื่อมเพื่อการเสริมและการเรียงลำดับ

คำเหล่านี้ใช้เพื่อ แนะนำองค์ประกอบเพิ่มเติม, ดำเนินข้อโต้แย้งต่อไป หรือ จัดระเบียบข้อโต้แย้ง ตามลำดับตรรกะหรือลำดับชั้น
